2022 Corporate Finance Disclosure and Energy Matters Information Sessions

On Thursday, January 20, 2022, the ASC held a free webinar to discuss important observations from the 2021 Corporate Finance Disclosure Report and the 2021 Energy Matters (formerly the Oil and Gas Review) Report to help reporting issuers deliver the highest quality disclosure and financial reporting, including reporting issuers engaged in oil and gas activities, and other energy-related issuers. The webinar also included a brief discussion of Proposed National Instrument 51-107 Disclosure of Climate-related Matters to help answer questions and encourage companies to provide feedback on this important topic.
