On Wednesday, January 17, the ASC held its 2024 Corporate Finance Disclosure Information Session.
During this free virtual event, ASC staff expanded upon the findings in the 2023 Corporate Finance Disclosure Report to help Alberta reporting issuers deliver the highest quality disclosure and financial reporting. ASC staff provided insight into the continuous disclosure reviews they conducted over the past year along with hot topics and recent regulatory developments.
