Insider Reporting
Insiders across Canada are generally required to report any changes in their securities holdings within five calendar days. Refer to National Instrument 55-104 for more information. Failure to report these changes can be a serious threat to the confidence of the capital markets.
Since June 2003, all insider reporting is done electronically through the System for Electronic Disclosure by Insiders (SEDI). Access to insider reports since June 2003 is available at www.sedi.ca.
