ASC Connect
ASC Connect 2024
The Alberta Securities Commission’s eighth annual ASC Connect conference was held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at Hudson. We want to thank all guests and speakers who attended and shared their insights. Your presence made the conference a success!
Our signature event brings together business leaders, industry experts, academics and entrepreneurs to discuss the topics influencing Alberta’s capital market. This year, hundreds of market participants from Alberta and beyond gathered in the heart of downtown Calgary to hear insightful conversations centred around the theme of ‘Fostering a thriving Alberta market.’
Our speakers and panellists discussed innovation and its critical role in the diversification of Alberta’s economy; the implications of changes to capital formation and investor participation in our private and public markets; the impact of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies on capital markets; and much more.
We hope to see you in 2025! Stay tuned to LinkedIn and visit our Events & Presentations page at asc.ca for upcoming events.
